Tomasz joined the project from the very beginning – when the idea for the device was still just a concept. Thanks to his deep analysis of the technical requirements, operational environment, and the business vision, we were able to create solid technical documentation that laid the foundation for the project’s success.
This documentation led to the creation of a structured backlog, the development of working prototypes, and ultimately brought my idea to life.
Beyond his technical insight, Tomasz also effectively organized the work of the entire team. One of the most critical milestones was his development of a custom data exchange protocol between devices – a creative solution that resolved what initially appeared to be an unsolvable communication issue.
